E and E Print LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates eandeprint.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information you give us
The only place this website asks for personal information is our enquiry forms — the contact form on our Contact page, and the "Get Started" form on the homepage.
Those forms ask for:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- The service you're interested in
- Whatever you choose to tell us about your project
You don't have to fill these in. If you'd rather not use the form, call or email us directly and we'll never ask you to submit anything through the site.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and security infrastructure records basic technical information when you visit — including your IP address, browser type, the pages you viewed, and the date and time. This is standard server logging used to keep the site running, diagnose faults, and protect against abuse. We don't use it to identify you personally.
Our site is served through a content delivery network, which also processes this technical information in order to deliver pages quickly and filter malicious traffic.
Our host also supplies a browser performance script that measures page loading and responsiveness.
Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
The website platform may set a small number of functional cookies needed for the site to work properly. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy before doing so.
There is currently no cookie-consent banner running on this website.
How we use your information
We use what you send us through the forms to:

- Prepare a quote or proposal
- Carry out work you've asked us to do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a marketing list from a form enquiry unless you separately ask us to.
Where your information goes
When you submit a form, two things happen: the message is emailed to our business email address, and a copy is stored in this website's database so we don't lose it if an email goes astray.
That means your information is handled by:
- Our web host, which stores the website and its database
- Our email provider, which delivers and stores the message
- Our content delivery network, which processes technical connection data
Each of these is a service provider acting on our behalf. We don't give your information to anyone else unless we're legally required to, or unless we need to in order to do the work you've asked for — for example, passing a delivery address to a courier.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and project correspondence for one year after our last contact, unless we are required to keep them longer for tax or legal reasons.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we'll do it, unless we're required to keep it for tax or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your enquiry and our correspondence

Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, including serving the site over an encrypted connection. No website can promise perfect security, but we don't collect payment card details through this site, and we never will.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
