E and E Print LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates eandeprint.com. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information you give us. The only place this website asks for personal information is our enquiry forms — the contact form on our Contact page, and the “Get Started” form that opens from the button in our header. Those forms ask for your name, your email address, your phone number, the service you are interested in, and whatever you choose to tell us about your project. Only your name and email address are required. If you would rather not use a form, call or email us directly and we will never ask you to submit anything through the site.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting and security infrastructure records standard technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you viewed, and the date and time. This is ordinary server logging, used to keep the site running, diagnose faults and protect against abuse. We do not use it to identify you personally.

We do not ask for payment card details anywhere on this website, and we never will.

We use what you send us through the forms to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote or proposal, carry out work you have asked us to do, and keep a record of what was agreed.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a marketing list because you sent us an enquiry.

Where your information goes. When you submit a form, two things happen: the message is emailed to our business email address, and a copy is stored in this website’s database so that it is not lost if an email fails to deliver. That means your information is handled by our web host, which stores the site and its database; our email provider, which delivers and stores the message; and the content delivery network that serves the site, which processes technical connection data. Each of these acts as a service provider on our behalf.

We do not give your information to anyone else unless the work requires it — for example passing a delivery address to a courier — or unless we are legally required to.

This website uses a cookie consent tool. When you first visit, you can accept or decline non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings on the site.

Essential cookies are needed for the website to function and for the consent tool to remember your preference. These cannot be switched off.

Fonts. This site uses the Archivo typeface, which is served by Google Fonts. As a result, your IP address is transmitted to Google when a page loads, and Google’s own privacy terms govern that transfer. The font can be hosted on our own server instead if we choose to remove that dependency.

Analytics and advertising. We do not currently run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any cross-site tracking on this website. If that changes, we will update this page and the change will be handled through the consent tool.

How long we keep it. We keep enquiries and project correspondence for as long as we need them to carry out the work and to keep proper business records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will do so, unless we are required to keep it for tax or legal reasons.

Access, correction and deletion. You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete your enquiry and our correspondence. Email us and we will deal with it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local privacy laws, and we will honour those.

Children. This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, including serving this website over an encrypted connection. No website can promise perfect security, but we do not collect payment card details here.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
